Oh now that is awesome Rich! I love everything about it, the animation is just perfect, especially the timing as you wait for the inevitable explosion! Only thing was until I read the description, I'd have read the name of the company as Quibs, especially as the two 's' character are quite different. I could only think to try the far left tentacle in the same bright red and leave that one dark, so the only thing in the dark red is the name. But I don't know how much say in it the company is having.

That aside, I love it to bits.

Cheers Sam - your comments are much appreciated as usual. It was something I had in a client folder and decided to put on here, so it was signed off a while back. They did have quite a bit of input - I guess with them knowing their name they didn't take into account those who have no idea of the product, maybe I should have been a little more objective too. Interesting point you have made! Not even sure if they ended up using it, but they were very happy with it - I got paid all the same and have obviously ended up with a neat bit of work in the portfolio.

Hope you've had a fantastic Crimbo and New Year - lets hope we can get you on board Erth Chronicles properly - I adore your work, but fully understand how busy you are.

Well I intend to work my way through the commissions I have left then take a bit o time out to do some cracking work of my own, so maybe then I can finally get round to doing something worthwhile for Erth.

Great stuff - would you like me to leave the sketches until you have something more substantial. I really don't mind placing them up in the gallery, but if you'd rather wait till you have something more polished to support them I'll understand. In the meantime - don't work too hard!
